Kirk Orrick has spent 43 years building technology for the media and publishing industry — starting in 1983 with mainframe-based print publishing systems, through the shift to networked PCs and fully paginated digital layouts, to today's Salesforce-driven CRM and digital advertising platforms. He has led large development teams for publishing system vendors, designed products that helped newspaper publishers expand into digital advertising sales, and now focuses primarily on digital advertising sales technology for large, prestigious media and entertainment organizations.
Kirk is a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I, and a Trailhead Double Star Ranger and Agentblazer Champion — the latter reflecting hands-on expertise in agentic AI disciplines on the Salesforce platform. He works fluently with modern AI development tools, including Claude.ai, Claude Code, and Gemini, delivering full-service feature development faster without sacrificing architectural rigor.
Erick Cedeno and Kirk have been partners for over 25 years, dating back to their mutual work at Atex and Naviga. Erick joined Kirk on the Disney advertising platform engagement in 2022 and has been his partner in Media Cloud Consulting ever since. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering and is an accomplished designer and developer across a broad range of technical stacks, bringing equal depth and experience to every engagement.
